Modern life rewards urgency, performance, and constant self-optimization.
Nyepi offers the opposite.

For one day each year, the entire island of Bali goes dark and silent.
No lights. No fire. No travel. No noise.

It is not a retreat from the world — but a reset of the nervous system that runs your life.

This retreat is an invitation to experience Nyepi consciously, safely, and in community —
with practices that support the body and mind in silence.

Highlight Retreat Activities

Slow down, go inward, and reconnect with yourself, nature, and community in an intimate group.

ACCUPUNTURE & SOUND HEALING
A restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and prepare the body for silence.
Not just relaxation —
physiological reset.

NYEPI MEDITATION
A one day meditation during the Nyepi (silence day) rare opportunity to step out of language, roles, and performance.
Guided sessions, mindful meals, and spacious rest to quiet the mind and meet yourself with softness.
No phones, no journaling, no talking — just presence.

YOGA ASANA
Slow, grounded movement to reconnect with your body, followed by gentle meditation
practices that support awareness without pressure.
Accessible for all levels.

JOURNALING
You will be encouraged to document their experiences, thoughts, and emotions throughout the retreat.
This practice not only fosters individual growth but also helps
create a valuable record of your journey,
which can be revisited long after the retreat has concluded.

MELUKAT
A Balinese ceremony of purification and renewal, lead by Balinese healer.
A symbolic transition from stillness into participation in life.

GIVEBACK PROGRAM
Visiting a local foundation supporting individuals with special needs or mental health challenges.
An opportunity to shift from inner transformation to
compassionate action.
