Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that involves the subconscious mind in resolving a problem. A certified hypnotherapist will guide the client to find the root cause of the issue and help the client to solve the issue through an inner-work.
Hypnotherapy is feasible both in-person and online.

Brigitta Sasya

Owning a few medical records in the past intrigued her to discover her mind and her body better. Questions such as, "What makes me, me?"," Why I experience this in my body?", "How to cope with my anxiety attack?" led her to obtain B.A. in psychology. She also took some bodywork training to understand her body better, includes Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Myofascial Release, and Acupuncture. Then, she finally decided to become a certified NGH (National Guild of Hypnotist) hypnotherapist.

She committed to learn few different approaches to self-healing. She experiences and implements them first hand to gain a deeper understanding of herself. She believes she needs to understand and accept her past and herself to understand others. So, she can understand and accept others as they are.

She intends to share her journey through her work. She wants people can also feel the benefit of having self-awareness and self-acceptance. Her approach in a hypnotherapy session is to find the root cause. The process that is carried out in each session depends largely on the needs of the client yet still focuses on resolving the current problems.
