What We Offer

Duration: 1-1,5 hrs
(private/group)

Every session is tailored based on
client's needs and request.
In each session there will be
breathing exercise (pranayama),
meditation, and yoga poses practice (asana).
A gentle yet powerful practice adopting
a functional approach.

Duration: 2-3hrs.
(in-person or online)

We will go through three stages:
- Pre-session to address the issue.
-   Hypnosis session to access the
subconscious mind to solve the issue.
- Post-session to have a brief discussion
to highlight  the key points from the session,
so the client can integrate the session
well in their daily life.
