Community Events
We created this monthly community space because life moves fast, and most of us don’t get many chances to pause, reflect, and spend time with others in a meaningful way. Having a regular place to slow down and reconnect — without pressure or expectation — makes a real difference in how we show up in daily life.
These events are simple and practical. We come together to move a little, learn something relevant, and share space with people who value awareness, balance, and thoughtful living. You don’t need prior experience or a specific goal — just curiosity and a willingness to be present.
This isn’t therapy or a spiritual group. It’s a supportive, grounded environment where connection feels natural and easy, and where taking time for yourself is normal, not indulgent — because life feels more sustainable when we navigate it together.

February is where we prepare the system before the pressure arrives.
This month, we’re hosting two intentional gatherings designed to help you align your body, mind, and timing with the year ahead — using movement science, nervous system regulation, and Chinese metaphysics as a framework for clarity.

Tatyana Akman
Tatyana Akman is a reiki master, certified meditation teacher, yoga teacher and mindfulness mentor, trained by teachers such as Jack Kornfield and Tara Bach. She is offering practices rooted in compassion and self-connection through breath, body awareness, guided imagery, and attention to the inner landscape.
Before intention-setting, manifestation, or change —
the nervous system must feel safe.
When the body is in chronic stress, the brain prioritize survival over clarity, creativity, and long-term decision-making.
This event is to prepare your internal state so whatever you invite next has space to take root.
In this session, Rini Raharjanti will guide a grounding yoga practice to release physical tension and support nervous system balance. This is followed by a guided meditation with Tatyana Akman, designed to help the body settle and the mind become more focused and present.
Together, the session creates a more stable internal state and opens space to move forward with greater steadiness, clarity, and intention.

Brigitta Sasya
Brigitta’s path began with personal healing challenges. She explored the mind–body connection through psychology, yoga, bodywork, and hypnotherapy. In this event, she guides participants to support the nervous system in integrating the insights in a deeper level — allowing intention to settle, take shape, and be embodied.

BaZi provides insight into what is currently shaping your path, and how to work with it consciously.
In this event, Master Bernard Yap will guide you through a BaZi reading, offering insights into personal timing, strengths, challenges, upcoming cycles, & FengShui Period 9. This is followed by a guided hypnosis with Brigitta Sasya, designed to support the nervous system in integrating the insights and emerging visions at a deeper level — allowing intention to settle, take shape, and be embodied.
Together, the session creates space for clarity to move beyond understanding and into integration, so what you envision has the internal stability to take root.
