Booking Procedure & Cancellation Policy
General Booking Terms
Your space is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due no later than September 30th, 2026. We will send you a personalized invoice with the exact amount and payment options.
Bookings made after September 30th must be paid in full to confirm your spot.
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥). For your convenience, we can also provide a converted amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar (USD) upon request and based on the current exchange rate.
A 30% deposit is required upon registration.
We offer installment payment options if needed. Feel free to discuss with us.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life can change unexpectedly. Please read our cancellation policy with care:
If you need to cancel:
A 30% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
More than 60 days before the retreat start date:
If you have paid more than the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be refunded.
Less than 60 days before the retreat:
No refund will be issued for either the deposit or any additional amounts paid.
If Batin Wellness needs to cancel:
In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat due to low attendance or similar business reasons, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments — including the deposit.
If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic, travel ban, etc.), your deposit will not be refunded but will be fully transferrable to a future retreat within 12 months. Any further payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded or transferred (based on your preference and availability).
Important Note:
Please understand that Batin Wellness is not responsible for any additional costs associated with your travel, including flights, accommodation before or after the retreat, visa fees, or loss of income due to time off work.
All participants are required to complete the Visit Japan Web registration.
VISA processing and approval are entirely at the discretion of the Japanese Embassy. Batin Welnness is not responsible for the approval outcome.
We strongly encourage you to invest in travel insurance to protect your plans.
By making a payment, the participant is considered to have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
