MEDITATION
Meditation will play a significant and grounding role throughout the retreat. Guided sessions will support participants in cultivating awareness and exploring their inner landscape. One of the key experiences is a 12-hour silent meditation journey & meditation at a local shrine.
YOGA ASANA
You will enjoy daily yoga sessions tailored for all skill levels, providing an opportunity to dive deep into mindfulness to get a better understanding of your body through a gentle practice of Yin and Hatha Yoga.
JOURNALING
You will be encouraged to document their experiences, thoughts, and emotions throughout the retreat. This practice not only fosters individual growth but also helps create a valuable record of your journey, which can be revisited long after the retreat has concluded.
COMMUNITY SERVICE ACTIVITIES
By engaging in farm work & shrine clean-up, you will experience the joy of collective effort and contribute positively to the local community, strengthening their bonds with both nature and fellow retreat-goers.
OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES
Forest bathing promotes mindfulness, allowing you to immerse yourself in the environment while nurturing your inner selves. Each participant's journey will encompass both personal development and community connection, creating a balanced and transformative retreat experience.

Practical Information and Registration
Join us for an enriching experience at our Autumn Retreat in Rural Niigata, Japan, scheduled from October 31 to November 2. This retreat promises to be a transformative experience, set against the serene backdrop of Japan’s picturesque landscapes. Participants will enjoy three nights of accommodation in cozy lodgings that reflect the traditional charm of the region. Each room has been thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience.
Our meals will feature a selection of wholesome, locally sourced ingredients, prepared with care to nourish both body and soul. Attendees will be treated to three meals a day, allowing ample opportunity to indulge in the culinary delights that Niigata is known for. Special dietary needs can be accommodated upon request, ensuring all participants can enjoy the experience without concern.
Transportation to and from the retreat location will be conveniently organized. One of the team members will meet you at Tokyo Station, and we will depart for Niigata together. It will take about 1.5 hours from Tokyo to Niigata by Shinkansen. For international and long-distance travelers, specific guidance will be provided about the best routes and connections to make your journey as smooth as possible.
The pricing structure for the retreat is designed to be accessible while ensuring a high-quality experience for all attendees. Early-bird registration is available until June 1, providing a discount for those who sign up early.
